Property management including collection of rent and common charges, management of payments and subcontractors, etc.

Severis Tower, Nicosia – 2004

A mixed-use development totalling 3,000sqm located in the centre of Nicosia, comprised of three levels of underground parking and nine floors of restaurants, retail and office spaces.

Services provided:

Project management for the construction works of the building. Delivered project on time and within budget.
Successful sales and rental of individual units

Nicolaides Business Centre, Limassol – 2015

Commercial building totalling 6,870sqm located on Ayiou Athanasiou Avenue, comprised of ground floor retail and three floors of office space above.

Services provided:

Project management and cost monitoring to complete the construction, as the building was left incomplete due to the economic crisis. (Employed by local financial institution).
Delivered the project within the allocated budget and timeframe.

Galatex Centre Seafront, Limassol – 2000

A mixed-use development with a beachfront location located in Germasogia, comprised of ground floor parking, 110 shops and 78 apartments.

Services provided:

Project management for construction works from inception to completion.
Execution of procurement process for contractors and subcontractors.
Delivered the project within the allocated budget and timeframe.

Light Industrial Units, Nicosia Municipality – 2000

Industrial development comprising of a 110 light industrial units. The total gross area of each unit is 85 sqm with a 40 sqm mezzanine.
